Return Policy
Returns
Unopened products may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If a return is the result of our error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective product, we will issue a full refund for the item, reimburse applicable shipping costs, and provide a prepaid return shipping label for the item received.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund. If the order has already shipped, shipping charges are non-refundable.
Due to the strict nature of CBD payment processing, cancellations requested after the 12-hour window are not eligible for a refund. However, store credit may be issued at our discretion for cancellations requested after this period. Store credit has no cash value and may be used toward a future purchase.
Exchanges
If an item is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival, we will replace it at no additional cost.
To be eligible for an exchange, we must be notified within 72 hours of delivery. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in the exchange being denied.
Refunds
Once a return is initiated, refunds are typically processed within four (4) weeks. This timeframe accounts for:
- Return shipping transit: 5–10 business days
- Return inspection and processing: 3–5 business days
- Bank or payment processor processing: 5–10 business days
