Shipping Policy

We ship orders within the United States to locations where the products ordered are legal for online purchase and shipment.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days prior to shipment.

Shipping Methods

We currently offer the following USPS shipping options:

  • USPS Ground Advantage
    A cost-effective ground service that includes limited USPS insurance (up to $100).
  • USPS Priority Mail
    Includes limited USPS insurance (up to $50).

Delivery timeframes provided by USPS are estimates only. USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail are not guaranteed delivery services, and transit times may vary due to carrier conditions, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Restricted States & Legality

We only ship products to U.S. states and jurisdictions where the ordered products are legal at the time of purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Orders placed for restricted or non-compliant destinations may be cancelled or refunded at our discretion.

Carrier Responsibility & Lost Packages

Once an order has been tendered to USPS and marked as accepted or in transit, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once carrier acceptance is confirmed
  • Any available insurance coverage is provided solely by USPS, and claims must be filed through USPS in accordance with their policies

Chargebacks & Delivery Disputes

By placing an order, the customer agrees that carrier confirmation of acceptance or delivery constitutes proof of shipment. Chargebacks related to shipping delays, carrier errors, or packages marked as delivered by USPS are not valid grounds for dispute.

We encourage customers to contact USPS directly for delivery issues and to reach out to us with tracking information if assistance is needed.
